Terms of service
These terms govern your use of PaperLab Pro. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
What we provide
Human editorial services: proofreading and formatting, substantive academic editing, dissertation and journal readiness review, and citation and reference auditing. We are not a ghostwriting or assignment-completion service.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you authored or are entitled to submit the work, that you hold any necessary permissions for third-party content, and that your use of the service complies with your institution's rules.
Pricing and payment
Prices are calculated from the word count you declare and the service and turnaround you select, subject to a minimum charge. Your pricing snapshot is locked at checkout and does not change if our published rates change later.
Delivery
Estimated delivery timestamps are commitments based on the turnaround selected. Deliverables are released after our quality check is complete.
Revisions
A clarification or limited revision may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, within the scope originally purchased. New chapters, new sources, rewritten passages or changed research are new work requiring a new quote.
Liability
We provide editorial improvement and readiness feedback. We do not guarantee publication, acceptance, grading outcomes, or any particular result from a journal or institution.
