Acceptable use policy
This policy defines permitted and prohibited use of PaperLab Pro. It is enforced at intake, during editing, and at the quality check.
Permitted
Submitting work you authored for language, structure, formatting and citation improvement; requesting explanation of editorial decisions; asking for readiness feedback before submission; discussing methods, structure and analysis concepts.
Prohibited
Requesting that we write an assignment, thesis, dissertation, examination or graded submission; requesting fabricated data, participants, results, citations, ethics approval, credentials or publication status; requesting examination impersonation; requesting authorship substitution.
Consequences
Prohibited requests are declined or escalated. An order may be paused or cancelled, and repeated intentional violations may result in account restriction. Refund outcomes in those cases follow the refund policy and the work actually performed.
Reporting
If you believe an order has been used in a way that breaches this policy, contact support through your client portal and we will investigate.
